I use this at home for Olympic Barbell (OL) spec chest press and also dumbbell work (chest fly, press, row, seated overhead press etc). It is sturdy and well made and very good value. It has a good total weight limit (200kg) which shoudl be fine for most peopleWhat is something to consider is the spacing of the uprights. These are not wide as in a pro gym setup and the markers on my barbell for hand position are quite close to the uprights - about 3 cm . You just need to be a little careful in putting the bar on the holders. It could be with being a little longer in the seat but at 178cm it is fine for me.The assembly instructions are hopeless. One sheet of a exploded diagram. You can defeat this by carefully laying out all the pieces and working it out. The only tricky are is getting the uprights in the correct left/right position and facing the right way. The bracket on the crossbar is supposed to face upwards - so you can put the seat upright and lock it off

Amazing product easy to put together. I’ve had no problems with it.
It’s good, not the best, but it will get the job done. The seat adjusting is a bit of a headache also But im happy with it
