Shipping policy

1) Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details when your order ships. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


2) Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the Netherlands and most European countries. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we don’t ship there yet.


3) Shipping rates

  • Standard shipping: Free for orders delivered within the Netherlands and the European Union. For shipments to other European countries, a flat fee applies (the exact amount will be shown at checkout) .

  • Express shipping (if available): Additional charges apply; the cost depends on the destination and will be calculated at checkout .

  • Any promotions or free‑shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout 


4) Estimated delivery times (Standard)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the supplier and destination:

 

  • Netherlands: 3–7 business days

  • EU countries: 4–10 business days

  • UK / Switzerland / Norway: 5–12 business days

  • Other Europe: 7–15 business days

 


5) Tracking your order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


6) Split shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items come from different suppliers or warehouses. You will receive tracking for each package.


7) Customs, VAT & duties

For EU orders, VAT/BTW is calculated at checkout where applicable.

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.


8) Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge a new shipping fee to resend it.


9) Delays

Occasionally delays can happen due to shipping carriers, customs, weather, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your patience and will always help if you contact us.


10) Damaged, lost, or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if a package appears lost or missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at:  support@flexora-fitness.com

We’ll investigate and find the best solution for you.
