Product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product, including by region or customer, at our discretion.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock limitations, or pricing errors. An order is confirmed only after we process payment and send you an order confirmation.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Your purchases are for personal use only and not for resale unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

Taxes (including VAT/BTW where applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once the order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

Flexora is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Flexora. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Flexora, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Flexora.
