We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition you received it
Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at: support@flexora-fitness.com
Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Returns Due to Change of Mind/Size: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Returns Due to Defect/Error: If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Flexora will cover the cost of return shipping.
Damages or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@flexora-fitness.com so we can resolve the issue quickly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (for hygiene reasons), such as opened sports bottles, athletic underwear, or any item where the hygiene seal has been broken.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
We also do not accept returns on items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance." Products purchased during regular sales or promotions may be returned under the standard policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have. After your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions listed above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. The refund process is as follows:
1.Flexora Processing Time: We aim to process the refund within 1-3 business days after receiving the returned item.
2.Bank Processing Time: Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
