  1. Charge the device fully using the included USB cable.

  2. Place the massager around your neck so the three contact plates rest comfortably on the skin.

  3. Apply a small amount of moisturising cream, body lotion or EMS gel to the neck and the metal plates for better conduction.

  4. Switch on the massager and select your massage mode, intensity and heat level using the buttons or the remote control.

  5. For full-body EMS use, connect the electrode cable and place the conductive patches on the desired muscle area.

The device switches off automatically after 15 minutes for comfort and safety.
